Our Women’s Jiu Jitsu class is designed to teach you self defence, burn calories, improve your core functional strength and have a great time!

We are proud to have female instructors as well as offer Women’s only Jiu Jitsu classes at both our Artarmon and Sydenham locations. Our female members also like to participate in our various other classes throughout the week, as we focus on creating a supportive and welcoming community.

How long is a class?

Times for classes are 45 minutes for Foundation & No-Gi, while our Beginner & All Levels Gi classes are 1 hour.

What are the fitness benefits of Jiu-Jitsu?

Jiu-Jitsu is a great form of exercise as it increases your cardio fitness, improves your functional and core strength and burns calories which is great for weight loss.

Do I need a uniform?

When you sign up for your free trial you will be sent information along with a welcome video that will guide you through what to bring to your Jiu-Jitsu class.
