A Foundation classes go runs for 45 minutes. During the class you will warm up, observe specific techniques, then try them with a partner under the instruction of our world class coaching team.

With our Foundation offer you have access to unlimited training sessions.
At a minimum we recommend you train twice a week. This will give you enough time on the mat to get a grasp on the fundamental techniques of BJJ.
The frequency of training depends on your schedule and goals. We recommend at least 2 classes per week and gradually increase if desired.
