Bibiana “Bibi” Culau Lopes began her journey in Jiu-Jitsu in 2014. With a degree in environmental engineering, a master’s degree in nanosciences and a doctorate in meteorology and physical chemistry of the atmosphere, she is committed to helping her students evolve, whether in sport or personal development, which reflects her passion for teaching and inspiring.

With experience in children’s, beginners’ and women’s classes, she has an approach that combines technique, patience and dedication to meet the needs of each student. Passionate about the gentle art, she sees competition as a tool for improving her own technique and practising emotional and mental self-control.
